Powered by Joico’s SmartRelease™ liposome technology that strengthens and protects hair right where it’s needed. How to use: After shampooing with K-Pak Clarify Shampoo, rinse and towel dry hair. Distribute a small amount of Cuticle Sealer throughout the hair and leave it on for 5 minutes.
