Several B vitamins are known to contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system and normal psychological function. Others contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, the maintenance of normal skin, nails, and hair, and the process of cell division, among other functions.
Lamberts Vitamin B-100 Complex includes all the B vitamins at effective and balanced levels. Unlike other complexes on the market, ours contains significant levels of inositol and choline, “brain food.”
This is a high-potency product, useful in situations where rapid improvement in B vitamin intake is required due to very high requirements, or because the diet has been very deficient.
In most cases, this product should be used as a short-term supplement, typically 2 months, after which the Vitamin B-50 complex would provide adequate levels of B vitamins.
