• Rinse your mouth with a small amount of liquid – ten milliliters – for 30 seconds. For accurate measurement, the mouthwash comes with a convenient measuring cup. Do not swallow the liquid, although an accidental swallow is completely harmless. It is best to use the mouthwash in the morning and evening after brushing your teeth, but you can also use it during the day when a toothbrush and toothpaste are not available.
