• The Deluxe Mini Brow Definer by Anastasia Beverly Hills is a versatile eyebrow pencil featuring a retractable triangular tip for highlighting, filling, and detailing. This multipurpose tool is designed for universal application and achieving desired results. It provides precision, color, contouring, filling, and definition.

• Twist out a small amount of the product (about 2-3 mm). This ensures maximum control over the pencil and prevents excessive application. Note that all ABH products are highly pigmented, so a light touch is sufficient for application.

  First, determine the shape of your eyebrows. Use a spoolie to brush the hairs upward. Then, using the flat side of the brush tip, outline the bottom edge of the brow from the arch to the outer end. Brush the brow hairs downward and outline the top edge of the brow from the arch to the outer end with the flat side. Brush the hairs back up and use the middle side of the tip to fill in the brow from the arch to the end. Use the thin tip to refine the base of the brow by drawing hair-like strokes. Starting from the edge of the brow at the base, press the tip and pull it upward in the natural direction of hair growth. Use this technique on sparse areas to blend the product while applying.

  With the thin tip, draw hair-like strokes by lightly pressing and moving in the direction of hair growth. For quick application on the go, use the flat side of the pencil to outline the top and bottom parts of the brow, then fill in the center. Always keep the Brow Definer pointed by gently wiping its tip on a piece of paper from left to right. First, twist out a small amount of product, then gently run the widest side of the pencil up and down on a flat sheet of paper. This will restore the original shape and refresh the tip and sides.
